Service One directors Julie Short and Peter Mitchell each have more than 20 years of business and technology experience with a broad exposure to Financial Services, Telecomunications and Government both inside the enterprises themselves or from within vendors selling to these organisations.
 
Service One offer more than 10 years experience in managing and co-ordinating offshore centres. By basing one director permanently in Vietnam we are able to mitigate communication risk while still taking advantage of the extrodinary costs savings by working with young qualified people in a developing country. Both Peter and Julie have experience since 1999 in the early days of India's boom in IT services, Julie at American Express and Peter at Infosys Technologies.  Since then we have both learned a lot about the benefits and the pit-falls of working with a remote development or BPO team, as well as effective ways to overcome these challenges.
 
Service One currently operates in Hanoi, Danang and Ho Chi Minh City with our own team of more than 30 people as well as development partners from which we can draw additiona resources where required. With cost for each qualified IT, Marketing or Sales staffmember averaging only 75 USD per working day it would be a low cost pilot project for most organisations to try us out.
